Pan Africa fisheries is a new fish farming business in Zambia and was registered on 23rd January 2019 as a limited company by shares. The farm is situated on a fertile arable farm land with water availability all year round from the Kafue river and adjacent Milyashi stream, it is set between Chingola and Chililabombwe, making it a prime location for a robust fish farm and training center for fish farming and integrated bio-intensive general agriculture. The property is strategically located close to the Kasumbalesa border post. The Zambian Integrated Property Border Crossing Company (ZIPBCC), the company jointly managing the Kasumbalesa border post with Government, is staking US$20 million to build additional facilities at the boundary with the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) to improve traffic flow and increase revenue collection. ZIPBCC is proposing to build 10 warehouses, a trans-shipping centre and a dual carriageway from Chililabombwe to the border at Kasumbalesa. PAF was brought into this world in order to achieve. The targeted achievements are as ambitious as they are necessary. There is an unbelievable gap between the need and the availability of fish in Zambia and central Africa. PAF will strive to eradicate this gap and thrive in developing Zambia from net importer to net exporter of fish related protein. This will be done by employing cutting edge fish farming methods whilst keeping the environmental impact to an absolute minimum. In combination with the newest available and suitable technology we shall utilize new marketing methods that will make a serious impact for the farming poor in Zambia through supplying them with income that is both higher and more stable than their present methods. PAF aims to make a sustainable return for the investors whilst positively engaging with all stakeholders in the shape of local authorities, local farmers, nutritionists and nature preservationists.
