All orders are made through a WhatsApp, Facebook and call-in system with a fast 3-minute response rate. These tools have been implored by CHOVA until an app is developed for a more centralised ordering system. All deliveries are signed for and a proof of delivery is sent to clients upon delivery. Our delivery service also includes a personal shopper option for our clients that would like packages purchased from grocery stores, vegetable markets and other retailers as specified in the client’s order. Our vision is to build an efficient zero-emissions bicycle courier company that has an active presence all over Lusaka and the Republic of Zambia.
